Health and Safety or Employee Relations/HR at your business location. This is One full day, a half day option or one hour (normally on line/Teams call) to get you the expert advice and assistance you require.

This is up to one full 7 hour working day of consultation work on your site or otherwise. This is available for Health and Safety and employee relations and HR functions or a combination of both.
Services available at this hourly rate incorporate any combination of, not exclusively;
Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration.
Working with & understanding Trade Unions
Mentoring, Coaching, & Development.
This is up to one entire working day of consultation work on your site or otherwise. This is available for Health and Safety and also Employee Relations and HR functions or a combination of all as you require.
If there is a development at work that you wish to discuss, talk through or need advice about, this is a reasonable and effective way to address these issues. Our consultant will meet you face to face or on line (Teams) and you use the allocated time as you wish. It is a great idea to have a quick preliminary phone call about this, but after we have mutually mapped out the meeting time then it is over to you. You will receive a written brief to summarise the meeting action points and ways forward.
If you require different services, more face to face appointments or longer than seven hours total, then please contact us or book a more appropriate set of days for your business.
